1) Officer in charge of a regiment submits a promotion request to the Captain-General using in game mail or guild launch mail (Or both)requesting the promotion of a member.
2) The following information should be included in the mail: Name of officer sending the request, name of member to be promoted, previous rank, rank to be promoted to, and reasons why that member deserves the promotion.
3) The Captain-General will review the request and speak to the officer or other members if additional information is needed. The Captain-General may choose to interview the member to be promoted if need be.
4) The Captain-General will inform the officer of the members regiment if the promotion request was approved or not.
5) The Officer will then inform the member of his promotion.
6) The member is promoted officialy at the next muster.
